Tom and Joy firmly believe that all of what they do begins and ends with the heart, the center of our very being. They need you to see their hearts before asking you to look at your own and the heart of the participants. The client's desires are honored and all learning experiences are based on a full understanding of client and participant needs.

Participants can expect their facilitators to be fully energized and honest. Tom and Joy do not believe in saying in doing what is politically correct or socially expected. Instead, they are facade free and open about speaking their truth and enhancing the level of skill, knowledge and desire in each participant. All participants can expect to be valued, embraced and respected for who they are and what they bring to the experience.
